Polo Interior Lights Not Working. Recently noticed my interior light isn't working in any position on my gti. However, my door lights are. About 1 month ago my interior lights and baggage lights stopped working. My front interior lights, vanity mirror lights, rear interior lights and reading lights don’t come on at all. I had front interior all three working, visors both working, boot working, but it was when installing into the rear overhead that the fuse. Changed the fuse (#28) and the lights are now all working, except they are extremely dim. In the garage they found a short in the electric wires. The interior lighting and reading lights switch off when the vehicle is locked or after a delay of a few minutes when the vehicle key is removed. Hello just bought 9n polo gti.
